At AHK Fresh Fruits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered fresh. However, due to the perishable nature of fruits, returns and refunds are only applicable under specific conditions.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please notify us within the same day of delivery. Once your concern is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. No Returns on Fresh Produce
Since mangoes are perishable and time-sensitive, we do not accept returns unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only issued if:
The item was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
The item delivered was significantly different from what was ordered.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method or via store credit. Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders once confirmed and packed for delivery cannot be canceled. We recommend confirming your order details carefully before finalizing the purchase.
